Al Tijaria Tower is a unique landmark to the skyline of Kuwait City. It is a magnificent 218 meter tall tower and is the tallest building in Kuwait. Al Tijaria Tower, also known as the Kuwait Trade Center, is located along First Ring Road in Sharq area facing the Sour Street in front of Al Shaheed garden.
Al Tijaria Tower is spiral tower on a plot of 4293.6 square meters with 45 floors. Every sixth floor of the tower has a view of the project's landscaped hanging gardens. The complex also includes a shopping center on the first floor which include shopping outlet, cafes, restaurants, as well as a health club and swimming pool. Kuwait Trade Center has an attached multistory car park for about 200 cars. The project includes thirty seven floors of lease-able office space and a 56 meter high crown to house mechanical services and window cleaning equipment.
